KLÁŠTER
The Klášter Brewery was named after the Cistercian monastery, which was founded in the second half of the 12th century and stood on the site of today’s brewery. Although at the time it was one of the most important church buildings in Europe, to this day only the gate with a beautiful portal has been preserved, which stands in the courtyard of the brewery. Since the Middle Ages, almost two tens of meters deep cellars have been created in the rock below the brewery, which later began to serve brewing production.

ČERNÁ HORA, beer from pure nature
Years of experience, pure nature, water from the Moravian Karst and quality ingredients create the characteristic full flavour of the beer.
You can enjoy Černá Hora beer in many variants, from light beer and several types of lager to a special brew with honey. The variety of beer flavours is complemented by a top-fermented wheat beer, which is regularly awarded prizes at tasting competitions.
ČERNÁ HORA
JEŽEK has a balanced flavour and a distinct pleasant bitterness
These are the characteristic qualities of Ježek beer.
The flavour of the beer reflects the demanding but honest life in the Vysočina Region and corresponds to the nature of the local beer connoisseurs.
Enjoy a light beer and a crisp traditional 11-degree lager.
Ježek belongs to Jihlava as inherently as Jihlava belongs to Ježek.

UHERSKÝ BROD
Brewing beer in the royal town of Uherský Brod has a long tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. The first joint brewery, which replaced the brewing houses, was built by the burghers of Uherské Brod in 1614. The new brewery was built in 1895 by the brewer František B. Janáček.

Beer Styles

The cornerstone of the portfolio of each of our regional breweries is traditional, bottom-fermented brews – world-famous Pilsner-type beers. Our flagship brew in this category is Lobkowicz Lager.
We also brew unfiltered beers and yeast beers. The slightly cloudy beers taste and look like those from the days of our grandparents, when good beer was not a privilege but a class honour.
The style of traditional Czech bottom-fermented beers is represented by our dark and amber beers.
Tradition does not mean old-fashioned, and that is why you will naturally also find examples of modern beer styles and trends in our product range. These include dry-hopped beers, flavoured beers, top-fermented wheat beers and ALES (IPA).
We also offer high-quality non-alcoholic dry-hopped Lobkowicz beer and flavoured non-alcoholic beers, the popularity of which is growing rapidly.
In addition to beer, we also make excellent Black Hill apple cider and non-alcoholic lemonades with hop extract.
Our established portfolio of modern beer trends is complemented by unique brews from the Lobkowicz Specials programme.

KLÁŠTER beer is fermented and aged in rock cellars
Thus, the beers are created in the most traditional way. They are characterised by a rich fullness and a corresponding bitterness and pure hop aroma.
Moreover, the craft method and place where Klášter is brewed give this beer not only a unique flavour but also an almost mystical quality, which is why the pale light beer and lagers brewed here have the same taste as in the brewery cellars carved into the rock. In harmony with the history of the place of origin of the beer, it encourages us to reflect on and respect tradition with every sip.
